FITNESS CLASSES

DanceFit- Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.

tabata circuits 

 Tabata Circuits is a series of exercises.  20 seconds on - push-it-to-the-limit exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.

POUND-  Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates...
