Be Free Fitness exists to help women learn to love themselves again through diet, exercise and community! We strive to promote self-growth, a healthy lifestyle and a positive self-image through a variety of dance and fitness-based classes. We believe that positive change is nurtured through the support of encouraging and accountable individuals working towards the same common goal.

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

DanceFit- Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. DANCEFIT is COACHED by CHRISTIAN on TUESDAY & THURSDAY NIGHTS @ 7:00PM. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.
