Be Free Fitness exists to help women learn to love themselves again through diet, exercise and community! We strive to promote self-growth, a healthy lifestyle and a positive self-image through a variety of dance and fitness-based classes. We believe that positive change is nurtured through the support of encouraging and accountable individuals working towards the same common goal.

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

ZUMBA-Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
