Her heart is in her business - Christian had a vision to help women through group fitness for years. She’s grown from renting venues to having her own and I am so proud to be a part of it. She includes keeping track of your measurements privately for you, if you like. Be Free Fitness is more about passion for women’s health and not at all a cold money-making gym. Her prices are fair and reasonable. And you can take advantage of the unlimited class package. She offers classes during the day and evenings. For those wanting nutritional supplements, she has a selection as well. And when I missed several classes I normally attended, she worried about me and checked in. She also hosts events which has helped members raise funds for serious illnesses or some for fun which gives the members an opportunity to get to know each other better and feel connected. All that to say that if you’re looking for a place where you can improve your health (emotional and physical) and have a social group to belong to, Be Free Fitness is the best!

Very fun atmosphere with no judgement at all. My daughter comes with me. It’s important to me she takes care of herself NOW rather than later when she’s unable to. Christian is very uplifting and always has a special message when we’re working out. Not only will you work on your physical self; you’ll work even harder on your mental state of mind. I highly recommend you join just one class! I feel stronger inside and out. I can’t wait to see where I am this time next year!!

SoulStretch-It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

DanceFit- Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.

POUND ROCKOUT - Pound fitness is a combination of cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates... Colorful, light-weight (1/4-lb) drumsticks called ripstix add an element of fun to Poundclasses while they help exercisers count out the length of time they hold certain positions. 

HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training)-  HIIT is a type of group physical training program. Each week the class specializes in a different type of exercise...  

These programs are designed to build strength and fitness.



MORNING MAYHEM- This 30 min class combines weights and cardio it is performed at high intensity for a short duration. These cardio/weight workouts are the best way to burn fat in a short period

BARRE- Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body.

KICKBOXING -This group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Medicine Ball Madness- 30 min. of a weighted ball whose diameter is about a shoulder-width, often used for strength training. The medicine ball also serves an important role to improve strength and neuromuscular coordination.

CHICKSTRONG- A barbell-based workout that helps you to get strong, lean and fit! Uplifting music and helps you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
